Refund & Return Policy

At Starlite Drive, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, returns are only accepted if there is a defect in production, or your order arrives damaged.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. 

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Sizing issues are not covered — please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering
  • Sale items are final sale
