Production & Processing

All of our items are custom-made to order. Because your pieces are manufactured specifically for you when you purchase, please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Note: Bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Where We Ship From

To bring you the highest quality goods, we work with select production partners in both the United States and the United Kingdom.

• Depending on the specific items in your order, your package will ship from either our US or UK facilities.

• If you order multiple different items, they may be manufactured at different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order is crafted and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Starlite Drive is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or postal disruptions.

International Shipping & Customs

For orders crossing international borders (including items shipping from our UK facility to US customers, or vice versa), please note that packages may be subject to customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your country's customs office.
